About Munin
Munin
Odin's raven of memory, for the news
In Norse mythology Odin kept two ravens. Hugin — Thought — and Munin — Memory — flew out across the world every day, gathered what was happening, and came back to tell him. That is a news aggregator's job: go out to the newsrooms, bring back the stories, and remember the ones that matter to you. The app is named after the one that remembers.

Where the news comes from
Every headline is gathered from the newsroom's own public RSS feed and every card links back to the newsroom that published it. Munin is a reader: it does not host stories, it does not rewrite them, and it does not put itself between you and the source.

Named for the raven. The mark is the letter M with its centre dropped to a point — a beak — in the newsroom's vermilion, kept simple enough to hold at 16px in a browser tab.
